Math Literacy for Students Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired

This resource provides strategies for building math literacy for students who are blind or visually impaired, many of which can be adapted for remote learning and/or shared with families. Mathematical literacy includes numeracy, a basic number sense and a grasp of simple mathematical concepts - all concepts that blind or visually impaired students do not have the same exposure to as their sighted peers.
